The UCC Help Desk is available to all UNO faculty, staff, and students with questions and/or problems concerning any of the computer systems supported by University Computing and Communications.

When contacting the Help Desk after business hours, please leave a detailed voice message (including name and number) or e-mail the Help Desk at helpdesk@uno.edu. Our goal is to contact you within one business day.
